SAEWEARD RETURNS POLICY
In-Store Purchase Returns (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Faulty Items: You have a legal right to a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.

'Change of Mind’: We are not legally required to accept returns of non-faulty items in-store. We offer store credit to the value of the item/item’s within 30 days of purchase. In exceptional circumstances we will offer a refund within 14 days IF goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase.

Sale Items: Rules for returning faulty goods apply unless marked. Please ensure that faulty sale goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days.
When agreed we will issue a full refund to the card used or cash if applicable.
*Please note: items excluded from this policy are any special orders; hair accessories; skincare; home fragrance (including incense) and candles.
These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
